AMMAN — Amjad Massad, a 2010 computer science graduate from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), is the CEO and founder of Replit Inc., which recently announced a partnership with Google to enhance the coding learning and development experience.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in the technology industry by bringing together two big powers in the field of programming and technology, according to a PSUT statement.

Users will be able to enhance their application performance, develop applications at a faster and more efficient rate, gain access to the most up-to-date tools and educational resources and take advantage of Google’s vast cloud platform services for a more integrated and effective programming environment.

PSUT President Wejdan Abu Elhaija expressed her admiration for the determination and entrepreneurial ambition shown by the university’s graduates and students.

Abu Elhaija also acknowledged their efforts to enrich the technology sector with cutting-edge ideas and methods that keep pace with global developments. These efforts are in line with the directives of HRH Princess Sumaya, the chair of the university’s board of trustees, to prepare a distinguished and entrepreneurial generation of global partners in the ongoing technological and technical revolution, and to strengthen Jordan’s position as a leading country in technology and innovation.

Massad praised his alma mater for its ongoing efforts to maintain a constant communication with its graduates, and expressed his pride in being a PSUT graduate.

Massad’s company Replit, an Integrated Programming Environment, has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past few years, evolving into a company that brings together skilled and innovative individuals in the technology and programming field, according to the statement.
