AMMAN — The secretariat of the International Hospital Federation, during its annual ordinary meeting on Saturday, elected Chairman of the Private Hospitals Association Fawzi Al Hammouri as member of the governing council of the federation.
Hammouri said that his election is an appreciation of the role of the Kingdom, the association and the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) in developing the services to Jordanian and foreign patients, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Jordan became member of the federation early this year through the full membership of the PHA in cooperation with the HCAC and in coordination with other health sectors in Jordan.
