Palm Sunday, Easter holidays announced

AMMAN — April 9 will be a holiday for Christians in the Kingdom, on the occasion of Palm Sunday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported Wednesday.
April 16 and 17 will mark the Easter holiday. Under a Cabinet decision taken on April 3, 2012, Palm Sunday and Easter were added to official holidays for Christians at ministries, government departments and public institutions, as well as Christians in schools and universities.
