New schedule for Scandinavian charter flights to Aqaba announced

AMMAN — Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) Director General Abed Al Razzaq Arabiyat on Saturday announced launching a new schedule for charter flights between Aqaba and Scandinavian cities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Sunday.
The announcement was made at the arrival of the first charter flight from Copenhagen, which carried a tourist group that will stay for seven nights in Aqaba.
Arabiyat said the new schedule includes weekly flights from Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen.
The JTB director commended the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority for cooperating and providing facilities at the King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba.
