NARC, China embassy launch course on biogas technology

AMMAN — An advanced course on “Biogas Technology in the Treatment and Utilisation of Agricultural Wastes in Jordan” has been launched by the National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC) in cooperation with the Chinese embassy, according to a joint statement.
During the opening ceremony, NARC Director General Nizar Haddad said that the centre is “strongly keen” to strengthen cooperation and partnership with the Chinese embassy in the fields of training and human resource development and benefit from Chinese experience in various fields, adding that in light of the rapid development of digital economy, the problem of energy shortage and environmental degradation has become more evident, the statement said.
