At least 900 Syrian refugees cross over in four days

AMMAN — Border guards received 984 Syrian refugees during the past four days, an official source at the Jordan Armed Forces said Monday.

The source said border guards are working to maintain security on the 378-kilometre-long border with Syria, preventing infiltration and smuggling attempts, and providing humanitarian assistance to Syrian refugees.
