Jordanian woman, three children stabbed to death in UAE

AMMAN — A Jordanian woman and her three children were fatally stabbed in the UAE, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Sabah Al Rafie said on Thursday, adding that the Jordanian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the general consulate in Dubai contacted the Emirati authorities immediately after the news was reported.
Emirati authorities confirmed the killing of the Jordanian citizen, 39, and her three children at 3am on Thursday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported, adding that the Fujairah police had arrested the suspect. The Jordanian ambassador to Abu Dhabi and the consul in Dubai contacted the husband, an Emirati national, and the UAE authorities to follow up on the incident and the investigation process, Rafie added.
