Japan launches scholarship programme for Jordanian students

AMMAN — The Japanese ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology on Thursday announced scholarships for Jordanian students. The scholarships offer opportunities in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
In a press release distributed by the Japanese embassy in Amman, the Japanese ministry said that the scholarship programme aims at promoting friendship between the two countries.
