Israel using banned vacuum bombs against civilians — JMA president
By Petra - Jul 18,2014 - Last updated at Jul 18,2014
AMMAN — The wounds of Palestinians who are receiving treatment at the King Hussein Medical Centre show that Israel is using banned vacuum bombs and destructive weapons against civilians, Jordan Medical Association (JMA) President Hashem Abu Hassan said Thursday.
He made the remark following a visit by a JMA delegation to the centre to check on the victims’ conditions.
The 15 Palestinians who have been transferred to the medical centre over the past few days are critically injured and require specialised intensive care, Abu Hassan said, stressing the need to stop the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
