Interior minister meets with Lebanese counterpart, Naif university president

AMMAN — Interior Minister Samir Mubaidin on Tuesday met with his Lebanese counterpart Nohad Machnouk and President of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences Abdulmajeed Al Bunayan.
During the meetings, which took place on the sidelines of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers’ 35th session in Algeria, Mubaidin discussed means to improve pan-Arab security cooperation.
He also discussed supporting the university in tackling crime and deviation. They stressed the importance of utilising modern technology and training cadres to combat crime, terrorism and narcotics.
