Huneiti meets US Ambassador over means to enhance cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Wednesday met with US Ambassador Yael Lembert and an accompanying delegation. The meeting, attended by high-ranking officers from the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army and the US defence attaché in Amman, discussed means to enhance cooperation and coordination, and ways to strengthen bilateral relations to serve the interests of the armed forces of both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
