AMMAN — The German Jordanian University (GJU) has achieved accreditation by the European Logistics Association (ELA) for both the undergraduate programme of logistic sciences and the master’s programme in logistics management at the School of Management and Logistic Sciences, a GJU statement said.

A federation of 30 national organisations covering almost every country in Europe, ELA provides an international forum for networking, the promotion and development of the logistics and supply chain profession, the statement said.

As a result of GJU’s accreditation, all graduated students of specific programmes will be eligible to receive an internationally recognised professional certificate by ELA, which will “significantly boost” their employability in the local and international job markets, the statement concluded.
