Fish farming up 8.5% in 2018

AMMAN — Fish farming output increased by 8.5 per cent last year, a report released by the Department of Statistics said on Tuesday.
The report, carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, indicated that fish farming output reached 1,300 tonnes in 2018, compared with 2017, while maritime fishing also increased in 2018 by 4 per cent to 264 tonnes, Petra reported.
