Embassy of Jordan in Riyadh extends consular services to Al Khobar

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry's Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs on Tuesday announced that a consular team from the Embassy of Jordan in Riyadh will be present in Al Khobar for a wide range of consular services from 5 to 7 December, according to a ministry statement. The consular team will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn/Al Khobar between 8:30am and 3:30pm during the mentioned period. Consular services during the visit will include passport issuance and renewal, general and special powers of attorney, document authentication, family record transactions, registration of vital events and other consular services. The directorate encouraged the Jordanian communities to visit the embassy's website through https://mfa.gov.jo/ar/embassy/riyadh or its X platform account @JordanEmbassyR for information on the offered consular services in the Eastern Province. The Directorate also urged holders of smart national ID cards to submit their passport renewal applications as soon as possible via the website of the Civil Status and Passports Department [https://eservices.cspd.gov.jo] in order to obtain electronic approval, which will allow the team to complete the issuance of the new passport on the same day.
