EJABI chairman attends 1st Human Resources Network meeting

AMMAN — Tameem Al Qasrawi, the chairman of the board of directors of European-Jordanian Advanced Business Institute (EJABI) and the vice president of the Amman Chamber of Industry, attended the first meeting of the institute's human resources network on Tuesday. 

The network aims to develop the human resources and administrative departments in various industrial companies and economic sectors, and to identify their different training needs, according to a statement. 

During the meeting, Qasrawi stressed the importance of successful training that meets the requirements of the targeted sectors. 

According to Qasrawi, this requires a network that brings together trainers in various specialties and responsible human resources personnel.  

An electronic platform has been established, in collaboration with the Arab Trainers Union, to gather all stakeholders involved in the training process, he added.
