Education Ministry probes alleged assault on student

AMMAN — The Education Ministry on Thursday followed up on the incident of a teacher who allegedly assaulted a student in Abdullah Bin Masoud School in Ruseifa.
The student is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Zarqa, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The education director in the area visited the student and formed a committee to investigate the incident, Petra reported, adding that the ministry rejects all forms of violence against students.
