Education directorates, school administrations to resume work at 30% capacity

AMMAN — The Education Ministry on Wednesday decided to resume work for employees at education directorates by not more than 30 per cent of the total capacity at each directorate as of Thursday.
Priority for resuming work is given to exam departments, personnel management, education and student affairs and ICT, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Under the decision, school administrations will resume work as of Sunday, with principals, secretaries, computer lab technicians and some teachers in rotation present at schools.
The ministry also called for staff to abide by health measures and observe social distancing, in addition to wearing masks and gloves.
