Dughmi receives PA delegation

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Abdulkarim Dughmi on Wednesday met a delegation from the Human Rights and Civil Society Department in the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO). 

Dughmi, during the meeting, highlighted the Chamber's efforts to disclose all Israeli violations and shape a global parliamentary stance in support of Palestinians until they achieve legitimate rights on their own soil.  

He also condemned the occupation’s raids against Palestinian cities, most recently of which were the attacks on Nablus and Ramallah. 

Dughmi stressed the need for maintaining Jordanian-Palestinian coordination over issues of mutual concern. 

The guest delegation praised Jordan’s firm stance towards the Palestinian cause, and its support to Palestinians’ rights to freedom and statehood.
