AMMAN – A sub-contractor working on a project at the Queen Alia International Airport broke a water main, resulting in the loss of thousands of cubic metres of water and depriving Naour residents of their water share, Water Ministry sources said Monday.
Emergency cadres at the Jordan Water Company (Miyahuna) rushed to the scene to fix the problem, while legal measures will be taken against the contractor, who works at Al Masar Contracting Company, the sources said.
