Cabinet approves executive plan of human resources strategy 2023-2027

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday approved the executive plan of the human resources strategy for 2023-2027, associated with the human resources component of the Public Sector Modernisation roadmap. The strategy aims at developing a proactive system for planning human resources, empowering the human capital and creating a stimulating and positive work environment that can improve civil service employees’ efficiency and productivity, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The Council of Ministers also approved the recommendations of the committee in dealing with outstanding claims to settle 1,431 cases of taxpayers and violators with the Income and Sales Tax Department. The Cabinet also approved the committee’s recommendation to settle pending cases between 30 companies and taxpayers and the Jordan Customs Department. The taxpayers and violators must pay the remaining fees, including taxes or expenses within a period of two months from the date of issuance of this decision.
