Brawl leads to death in Balqa

AMMAN — One person died and another was injured in a brawl in eastern Balqa, the spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said on Tuesday.
The spokesperson said that the PSD received a complaint on Tuesday morning on the brawl due to previous disputes, where a man fired towards two others, resulting in the death of one and the injury of the other, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The body was transferred to hospital.
The injured was admitted to hospital and was listed in fair condition, the spokesperson said. A search is ongoing for the suspect, the PSD official added.
