Border Guards foil suspected infiltration attempt

AMMAN — Border Guards on Wednesday night foiled a suspected infiltration attempt by two people trying to enter the Kingdom from Syria, a source at the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), said on Thursday.
Border guards applied the rules of engagement followed in such cases, resulting in the injury of one, before arresting both and referring them to the relevant authorities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, quoted the JAF source as saying.
