Association president, health minister discuss nurses’ demands

AMMAN — Jordan Nurses and Midwives Association (JNMA) President Mohammad Hatamleh on Tuesday said he met with Health Minister Ali Hiasat to discuss the demands of nurses working in the public sector.
Hatamleh said the meeting was “positive” and the involved parties were able to agree on several issues.
He added that the association will continue coordinating with the ministry to follow up on the demands of the 12,000 nurses and midwives working in the public sector.
