Agreement signed to ease procedures for investors

AMMAN — The Jordan Investment Commission (JIC) and the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding aiming to ease procedures for investors.

The memo, signed by JIC President Khalid Wazani and JEA President Ahmad Zu'bi, also stipulates the provision of providing an attractive and competitive investment environment, in addition to increasing the level of coordination and cooperation, according to a JIC statement.

Under the memo, the two parties will also exchange information and blueprints necessary for investment projects in development zones.
