‘Heartfelt condolences’

My deepest heartfelt condolences to Muath Kasasbeh’s family, friends and the entire Jordanian nation.

I did not know this accomplished young man, but he was obviously very courageous and a credit to his nation.

Mere words seem so inadequate to express my shock and sorrow for your loss.

The truly demonic, blood-lusting IS entities who so mercilessly tortured and murdered him surely have ownership of souls infinitely blacker than poor Lt. Kasasbeh’s charred remains.

Take heed: Their ultimate plight will likely be vastly more sorrowful than that of the slain pilot.

I pray for Lt. Kasasbeh, his family, and for your King and country.

With the announcement of the killing of 21 Egyptian Coptic Christians in Libya on Monday by Daesh, several Egyptians saw the angry reaction in the street a continuation of the rage caused by previous crimes, including the murder of fallen Jordanian pilot Muath Kasasbeh.
