Jordan urges calm in Ukraine

AMMAN — Jordan has recently voiced its concern over the escalating tensions in Ukraine.
Speaking at a Security Council session on the Ukrainian crisis on Thursday, Jordan's Permanent Representative at the UN Dina Kawar underlined the Kingdom's respect of Ukraine's sovereignty and unity.
She reiterated calls by the international community on all Ukrainian stakeholders to resort to dialogue to reach a peaceful compromise.
