The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) on Thursday said that two Jordanian C-130s, joined by other military cargo planes from the US, Egypt, and Belgium conducted five humanitarian airdrops into the north of the war-ravaged Gaza Strip, where people have been reported to be starved of food after the WFP halted its food deliveries in late February.
The number of airdrops of aid into Gaza has reached 44 with the operation on Thursday, JAF said, pledging ongoing assistance to Gaza amid the devastating Israeli war on the coastal enclave, which has entered its fifth month.
