Investment minister, EU ambassador explore arrangements for Jordanian-European Business Forum

AMMAN — Investment Minister Kholoud Saqqaf Ambassador of the European Union Delegation to Jordan Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas on Thursday discussed arrangements for holding a Jordanian-European Business Forum in Jordan in April. The forum aims to promote investment relations between Jordan and the EU, in line with the objectives outlined in the Investment Promotion Strategy for 2023-2026 launched by the Ministry of Investment last year, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. Saqqaf underlined the Kingdom's commitment to attracting more investment from the EU and creating an environment conductive to business. Commending the Kingdom's investment climate, Chatzisavas said that Jordan provides an attractive, safe and stable investment environment. He also stressed the EU delegation's ongoing efforts to inform investors about the investment and economic prospects available in Jordan, in line with the EU's efforts to promote Jordan as a safe and stable investment destination.
