Dughmi, Swedish ambassador discuss plans for Royal visit

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Abdelkarim Dughmi on Wednesday met with Swedish Ambassador to Jordan Alexandra Rydmark. Dughmi and Rydmark highlighted the importance of the visit of His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden to Jordan, scheduled to occur next month, where they will be accompanied by a high-level economic delegation to open the regional office of MENTOR organisation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The diplomat said that the opening of the MENTOR office in Jordan came in recognition of the Kingdom's important regional role.
