Housing minister, Canadian ambassador talk cooperation

AMMAN — Public Works and Housing Minister Yahya Kisbi and Canada’s Ambassador to Jordan Donica Pottie on Sunday discussed means to enhance cooperation between the countries in the fields of construction and housing. 

Kisbi stressed the "deep-rooted" ties between the nations, voicing the ministry's readiness to further boost them, mainly in exchanging expertise in the construction sector, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

The minister commended the embassy's efforts in serving joint interests. Pottie expressed her aspiration to further boost cooperation between Amman and Ottawa in the construction and housing sectors.
