Radaideh, RFC chief’s discussions focus on environment

AMMAN — Environment Minister Muawiyeh Radaideh on Monday met with CEO of the Royal Film Commission (RFC) Muhannad Bakri and discussed ways to bolster cooperation to create films with a focus on the environment and promote Jordan as a global destination for filming.
Radaideh pointed out that the Ministry of Environment is fully prepared to cooperate with the RFC to join national efforts aimed at transitioning towards a green economy, including the transformation of the film industry into an environmentally friendly industry.
Bakri briefed Radaideh on RFC’s efforts to present Jordan as one of the best developed countries in the field of filmmaking.
