NEPCO incurred accumulated losses worth JD5.13 billion in 2021 — report

AMMAN — The National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) on Sunday announced that it accumulated losses worth JD5.13 billion in 2021 compared with JD4.98 billion in 2020.
NEPCO’s losses in 2021 reached JD152.8 million, compared with JD61.7 million in 2020, according to NEPCO’s financial report, cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by JD3.5 billion, the report added.
