ICT sector revenues reach $2b — int@j

AMMAN — The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) said that the ICT sector revenues grew to over $2 billion, and accounts for 13 per cent of GDP, Chairman of int@j Eid Swais said on Monday.
Swais added that Jordan is "on the right track" thanks to Royal directives, stressing that the Kingdom has made "big steps" over the last 20 years, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He added that the sector exerts all efforts to make Jordan a regional hub for the ICT sector in partnership with the public sector.
