AMMAN— The Lower House on Tuesday endorsed a draft law on professional licences within the Greater Amman Municipality for 2022. The draft law aims to keep pace with the development and emergence of new professions, in developing a proper licensing system, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The bill allows for home-based offices and jobs by exempting beneficiaries from 50 per cent of licensing fees and exempting them from 100 per cent of the fees in the first three years of receiving the licences.
