Foreign minister denounces Houthis’ ‘cowardly’ terrorist attack on UAE

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Monday denounced the “cowardly” terrorist attack by the Houthi militia against civilian targets in the UAE, according to a Foreign Ministry statement.
In a phone call with UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nhayan, Safadi emphasised the Kingdom’s solidarity with the UAE in protecting its security, stressing that the security of the UAE and Jordan is intertwined.
Safadi expressed condolences over the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
