Jordan to participate in DIMDEX 2022

AMMAN — Jordan is scheduled to participate in the 2022 Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX), slated for March 21 under the theme "Connecting the World’s Maritime Defence and Security Community".
The organising committee of the three-day event, held once every two years with Arab and international participants, announced in a statement on Monday that electronic registration for participation is now open, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The exhibition is held under the patronage of Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, and is organised by the Qatar Armed Forces.
The statement noted that 90 per cent of the total display area was booked and 14 international pavilions have confirmed their attendance, including Jordan, Italy, France, Germany, Turkey, the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Pakistan, Iran, India, China and Croatia.
