100 investors to participate in investment forum

AMMAN — Investment Minister Khairy Amr on Thursday announced the ministry’s plan to hold an investment forum with 100 investors representing various sectors.

Amr said that the forum will be part of the official events that will be organised on the sidelines of Jordan’s national day in Expo 2020 Dubai, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The minister added that the event will review the most important investment opportunities in the Kingdom and the top investment and competitive characteristics for various sectors in Jordan.

Amr also said that several meetings were held with Emirati institutions, such as the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and several Emirati business people on means to enhance investment cooperation and to attract investments to Jordan.
