AMMAN — A number of people on Monday held a protest against Israeli aggression at Al Aqsa Mosque and the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood in front of the Kalouti Mosque.
The participants expressed their support for Jerusalemites stressing that the Palestinian cause is in the heart of every Arab, and that the new generations are championing the Palestinian cause, and will never back down.
They called on the international community to bear its responsibilities towards the attacks on Palestinians, emphasizing the need for Arab and Islamic nations to stand with Palestinians against the Israeli aggression, harming innocent, defenseless civilians. On Sunday, left-wing parties also organised a protest in front of the Kalouti Mosque against Israel’s brutal attack on Palestinians.
