AMMAN — The Jordan Investment Commission (JIC) on Thursday launched an online appointment booking service via its website www.jic.gov.jo.
The JIC, in a statement, said that this move comes in line with the precautionary measures taken to combat the coronavirus, as well as part of the digital transformation and to ease access to services.
The commission said that as transactions continue to be submitted electronically, paper transactions will not be accepted.
The individuals whose transactions require in-person attendance, shall come 10 minutes before their appointment to check their temperatures upon entrance, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The statement added that “only those who have an appointment are allowed to enter the commission”, noting that e-booking service is available from 9am to 2:30pm.
