SDC seizes assets of 7 companies

AMMAN — The Securities Depository Centre of Jordan (SDC) on Thursday enforced precautionary seizure on the movable and immovable assets of a number of companies, in implementation of the decision of the Amman Court of First Instance, based on a lawsuit filed by the Jordan Ahli Bank.
The SDC enforced precautionary seizure on the movable and immovable assets of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company, Jordan Abyad Fertilisers and Chemicals Company, Arab Mining Company, JAFFCO Bahrain, Venture Capital Bank, Sea Field Trading Company and Al Faris Company for Investment and Industry, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
