Social Development, Health ministries to conduct joint inspection of nurseries

AMMAN — The ministries of Social Development and Health on Sunday agreed to dispatch joint field inspection teams to nurseries to ensure their compliance with the work procedure manual and safety measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
Director of the Family Protection Department at the Ministry of Social Development Mahmoud Jbour said that the ministry had directed its directorates in the governorates to coordinate with health directorates in the respective areas to conduct inspections on nurseries.
Jbour told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, that the joint inspection teams will ensure nurseries’ commitment and provide the relevant authorities with follow-up reports. The teams will initiate legal measures and issue fines against nurseries that fail to comply with the guidelines.
