Maaytah meets with EU, UN officials over cooperation on gender issues

AMMAN — Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs Musa Maaytah on Wednesday discussed with EU Ambassador to Jordan Maria Hadjitheodosiou and UN Women Jordan Representative Ziad Sheikh means of cooperation on issues related to gender and women’s empowerment.

During the meeting, talks also went over mechanisms of strengthening political will, one of the “most important factors” for the success of a country’s efforts in these fields.
