Tarawneh congratulates Syria speaker Sabbagh on reelection

AMMAN — President of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union and Lower House Speaker Atef Tarawneh on Thursday congratulated Syrian People’s Assembly Speaker Hammoudeh Sabbagh on his reelection.
In a letter to Sabbagh, Tarawneh underlined the deep-rooted inter-Arab relations, stressing the need for unified Arab stances on regional and international matters, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
