Desert Highway collision leaves 40 injured

AMMAN — Forty people were injured on Saturday in an accident that involved a bus and three trucks on the Desert Highway.
The Civil Defence Department (CDD) said that the accident took place on Dabaa region, around 50km south of Amman.
CDD said that first aid was administrated to the injured, who were then transferred to Al Nadim Public Hospital in Madaba, where all were reported to be in fair condition, except for three who were listed as critical.
