Applications invited for media accreditation to cover Arab Summit

AMMAN — The media committee of the 28th Ordinary Session of the Arab League Council announced on Monday that it will start receiving applications for media accreditation to cover the Arab Summit and its preparatory meetings.

The committee said local, Arab, and foreign media practitioners wishing to cover the session, which will take place from March 23 to 29 at the Dead Sea, can apply through: https://arabsummit2017.jo/MediaAccreditation.

“Instructions to ensure successful completion and submission of the online accreditation forms are available on the webpage, in addition to the criteria for assessing applications,” a statement from the committee said. Individual media personnel or media organisations — including editorial staff and technical staff — can apply. February 28 is the deadline for submitting applications.

The preparatory meetings will be held from March 23 to 27, while the summit will be held on March 29 at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre.
