AMMAN — Public Sector Development Minister Majd Shweikeh on Sunday inaugurated the second programme to improve leadership capabilities, which targets public sector employees in the Kingdom’s central region.
The five-week programme, implemented by the ministry in cooperation with the USAID-funded rule of law project, is held with the participation of 34 employees from 30 public departments, according to a ministry statement.
Shweikeh said the 100-hour course aims at enabling employees to develop their performance to ensure the satisfaction of service recipients, calling on participants to pay attention to the materials in the programme and to transfer what they learn to fellow employees.
