‘6,430 students transfer from private to public schools’

AMMAN — A total of 6,430 students have moved from private schools to public schools, Education Ministry Spokesperson Walid Jallad said on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, 815 students moved from public to private schools, and 3,844 students moved between private schools, Jallad added. He noted that the ministry allocated the period of July 31 to September 15 for students to transfer from private to public schools, according to available places, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
