Al Harith Bin Omair Al Azdi shrine receives 50,000 annual visitors

BUSEIRAH — Some 50,000 tourists visit the shrine of Al Harith Bin Omair Al Azdi annually, according to Tourism Ministry statistics.
The Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Ministry has conducted a project to expand the shrine, which is located in the Dana area, under His Majesty King Abdullah’s directives to reconstruct mosques and the shrines of Prophet Mohammad’s companions, according to the ministry’s inspector, Hosni Mrayat.
Mrayat said the design of the shrine follows Islamic architecture.
