KOICA to fund e-procurement project

AMMAN — General Supplies Department (GSD) Director General Ahmad Mashaqbah on Wednesday signed a document with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) for the establishment of an electronic procurement project at a cost of $8.5 million.
The project aims at upgrading the GSD and the government’s procurement procedures to become more efficient, simple and cost effective.
