The capital’s Seventh Circle intersection will be closed between 11pm on Thursday night and Sunday morning to replace the circle with traffic lights, according to the Greater Amman Municipality. The aim is ‘to ease traffic congestion’. When the latest design of the intersection was constructed, traffic lights were removed. The two tunnels under the circle will be open during the closure period
